    Hello,

because of my damaged upper case of my notebook (HP dv6-6108sg) I ordered a new one at waresphere ( Upper Case Assembly of HP Pavilion DV6-6000 (665357-001)) to replace it.
Unfortunately there's no touchpad assembly on the new cover, so you have to replace it from the old one and screw it onto the new one.
This was a problem for me:
After unscrewing the "main"-electronics from the old upper case, I didn't find a way on how to remove the sensor of the touch pad (It's a Synaptics 920-001857). I also didn't found ideas on the internet on how to do it. After googling a bit I found this one on the internet ( HP Pavilion DV6 1000 Touch PAD 920 001014 01 TM 01141 001 | eBay). So it must be possible to remove it?

Has anyone of you ever tried it or has an idea how to do it?

    Thanks in advance.
