    This time I can get then but you can't :p

    This beatiful special edition HP is limited to the middle east. At 1.66 core 2 duo, 2gb ram, 7400 nvidia, this bad boy can pack a punch and is as good looking as a mac. It comes in white and the keyboard is similar to the macbook pro.

    Ahh yup i saw it at plug-ins in dubai a few days back! it looks real good too! didnt ask how much it was tho....

    well u see thats the thing, here in the middle east we usually get stuff AFTER theyve been in the US for a while. so this is either a first or its exclusive to the region

    The AMD version has been available available in the US for a while...

    Although we havent yet seen any Intel based version yet. FWIW HP does sell some models like the B series which are available in ME/Asia but not available in the US.

    I actually own the US version. Its ag reat system.. the specs in my sig for 1049... couldnt be happier. ....and the white/silver design rocks

    I think what the OP meant about was the fact that it has a Core 2 Duo. All the Special Editions HP has made for the US that I have seen use AMD processors. Never have i seen a C2D in a HP SE.
