    Hey I really need some help with
    my HP Pavilion dv6325us ---------> AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-52

    I just got the notebook PC Tuesday may 29, 2007 from Newegg.com, now for some odd reason the computer would freeze on me, so I'am force to shut it down manually, but now when I turn it back on it boots up but then it shows the Blue screen of death and shuts down.

    but now when I turn the computer back on the screen goes blank but the computer is on but it goes on and off.

    so do anyone know why this is happening :confused:

    (oh sorry if i don't reply quickly)

    Contact Newegg. Sounds like you have a defective model.

    I'm not sure because it went to fast.

    like if I'm watching a avi file the computer would freeze
    on me, so I'm force to shut it down manually, but now when I turn it back on it boots up but then it shows the Blue screen of death and shuts down ?

    seriously, send it back. you shouldnt have so many issues when u first get a laptop and they are too odd or vague to be fixable.

    You will likely get the same turnaround time from HP that you would from NewEgg. HP uses pre-paid 1-2 day shipping for in-warranty service, 5 day repair time, and then 1-2 day return shipping. NewEgg generally relies on 3-5 day return shipping, plus you would have to cover the cost of shipping the unit to them (and add that time to your wait).

    Of course, NewEgg is great. You would likely get another brand new system with an updated warranty. With HP, you would have to beg for a while to get a replacement.

    Anyway, hope that works out for you.
