    Hi,

    I recentlly bought HP Pavilion dv6502 au Notebook,first time i have tried using the quick launch buttons and my remote, but nothing was working.

    Note: i have tried this after partitioning my hard disk using partition magic.

    i have done the factory reset using the recovery disk once, after that also i can't able to use my quick launch pannel buttons, and my remote control.



    can any one help me in this. :confused:

    I'm not sure you understand what a poll is. But...uninstall and reinstall quickplay, both the software, and the hardware parts.
