The laptop I plan to buy has a 1GB 6770, as well as an i3 processor at 2.2GHZ.

this one: customized with defaults but w/ 6770m 1GB HP Pavilion dv6 and dv6t series | HP Official Store

What types of FPS will this laptop be able to play Civilization V on, and on what settings? I am immensely curious.

Also, what can I expect overclock this GPU to, and how much will it improve? Any answers are appreciated, Thank you very much friends!

thank you! What type of FPS have you been able to get on some games? I've checked notebookcheck, but I couldn't find any laptops that were similar to the DV6T that had benchmarks on them.

Yet another question: What is the difference between 1GB and 2GB GPU?

You get extra 1GB of vram which u rarely be able to use it. Little to no difference in term of performance.
