Alright basically here is what happened...

My laptop came with vista.. vista somehow just randomly crashed so i used the recovery disc that I made.

When I booted up the recovery disc it kept getting to 98% and would give me a whole whack of errors so I said f*ck it and installed XP Pro (obviously XP is better :))

Anyways, under my device manager I have the following with yellow question marks beside them and I can NOT find the drivers ANYWHERE!!!:

here is what I need drivers for:

    -Base System Device
    -Base System Device
    -Base System Device
    -CoProcessor
    -Other PCI Device Bridge
    -PCI Device
    -SM Bus Controller.

If anyone can help me out I would REALLY appreciate it.

    Thankyou!
    -Dave-

I got it all going now but I still have the three Base System Device and the Coprocessor thing there still.

it is an AMD Dual Core Athlon X2 processor chipset... not intel...
