Hi, I'm new to writing on forum's so bear with me! Has anyone got the above laptop and experienced problems with the processor/motherboard. Mine just kept switching off...had it to an engineer who has replaced the processor which has made no difference and now says it's the motherboard. This laptop is two years old. Any advice anyone?

It appears to have Nvidia GF8400 GPU. If nothing else, just do search like "nvidia gpu failure" on this forum and spend next two weeks reading threads.

Advice? If out of warranty, buy a new one. Some models might have extended warranties, depends on what country* you live in and many other things.

*in Finland (and prolly rest of the EU) that laptop would have 2 year warranty required by consumer laws.
