    Hello friends,

I have been reading this forum for last 4 years.
    This is my first post.
I am experiencing heating issues on the left side of palm rest of my notebook since last 2 days.
Beneath this part of palm rest HDD is there.
I ran one password cracker to crack password for one zip file from my Backtrack 4 VM. After running this tool my notebook went to hibernate and notebook kept restarting showing message that system temperature exceeded.

Please provide me solution for this issue.

What may be the reason behind this overheating?
