    Hello
I have a 1.5 yr old HP Pavillion dv 9000t with Windows vista,2gb ram and Nvidia geforce 512mb GPU.

    Here are my problems:

1.I see colored lines against a black background during bootup instead of the noemal bootscreen. Here is a picture
    http://img523.imageshack.us/my.php?image=dsc00063vl3thwn3.jpg

2.When I play a video the computer freezes and the screen goes black for 10-20 seconds.the screen then comes back. This happens repeatedly 4-5 times and then eventually the video runs alright.

    3.Games dont run..the computer freezes

4.When I surf the internet, the page opens normally but when I scroll down the page,it gets all messed up.To rectify it,i have to minimize the page and the maximize it again. This problem doesnt arise when Im reading a pdf file in adobe reader.

Please help me...where do you think the problem could be? RAM,GPU or LCD.

    Thanks
