HP Pavillion/Marriott Bonus Bucks ??

Has anyone use these before? I figured what the hell and opted for them instead of the $50 on a recent order. Just wondering if the deal is full of catches.

 

These are only a good deal if you must stay at a Marriott hotel. Rooms usually run over $100 per night and you can only use one coupon per two nights, so you're getting about 1/2 off. You'd save money by getting the $50 and staying in a Motel6 unless you need to stay for 2 or more nights at a Marriott. Even 3 $100 coupons doesn't get you a free stay 'cause you need to stay 2 nights for each coupon used.

Fortunately for me, my wife will be staying at a Marriott soon, so I'll be getting the coupons (if my laptop gets here in time... then there's 8-10 weeks for the rebate processing) She can only use one 'cause she's staying for 3 nights, but it's still a little better than $50.

Other restrictions: must be used within 6 months (if I remember right). Can not be used on top of discount pricing/group rates.

Call the hotel to make sure they're good on your stay.
