Hi All,
I recently got the HP dv2z-1030us. It came with Windows Vista Home (SP1) but I formatted and installed Windows XP Pro on it. I had downloaded all the available drivers from HP website offered for this system for XP. I encountered 2 issues:
1. Although I was able to install the HP Wireless Assistant, the wireless always stays disabled? Pressing the enable button does nothing, neither am I able to enable it from the Wireless Assistant control panel.
2. ATI Catalyst control center installed successfully, but I'm not able to open it. As I click the icon, nothing happens... (I'm thinking of installing the Omega Drivers, the notebook has Radeon 3410, 512MB).
Has anyone had success in making this system work with XP Pro? Please help.
Thanks
ds
