Yes aslong as it has a core2duo processor. It will be capable of handling a 64bit OS

Be warned though, you might have issues with drivers on xp64. I suggest researching on this more

    thanks a lot,

i thinking to install windows xp pro 64 in a diferent disk to avoid problems,

if i have problems i change the disk and all will be Ok.

i have delete the Windows Vista and i have Windows Xp Pro, all working perfect.

I have 4Gb memory, into Bios all is Ok but with Windows Xp Pro ( 32bit) i see only 3Gb.

windows xp 32 bit will only show 3g of ram or something stupid like 3.2g and will only use 3g of ram
windows xp 64 bit will show and use all 4g ram
windows vista 32 will show only 3g and use only 3
windows vista 32 sp1 will show 4g of ram but only use 3gg
windows vista 64 will show and use all 4g of ram

Yes, but WinXP 64-bit is far less supported and has much fewer drivers than even Vista does. XP64 have been abandoned, and drivers for Vista 64 will not work on it.

If you really must run XP, you might want to look into PAE for WinXP 32-bit, which, even though it's terrible and will probably crash your system, is still probably better than XP64.
