    I think he meant if ODMs manufacture HP printers like they assemble HP laptops. Yes they do, but I'm not sure who they are exactly.
    Over here, most HP printers I see are produced in Malaysia and Singapore. HP has manufacturing facilities there.

    Do they have consumer and business printers as well? lol (they do) build quality difference?

    Honestly, every HP printer that I've used turned out to be a piece of junk at the end. In fact, I even throw one out the window...I'm not joking.

    Oh, and I'm not making generalizations, they have many different models I know that, I'm just sharing my experience...

    Oh, I feel so stupid! I heard that a different company makes them and puts the HP Label on it (Like Cannon making the printer and sticking the HP logo on) Ok, Thanks for the answers!

    I think I got it to unbluescreen. My fault for not properly updating/installing stuff.
