Okay guys. I just had a quick question. I sent my wireless card to HP for a replacement part. Mine had Bluetooth integrated, however, they shipped me one without the bluetooth. I tried the second time and they did it again. I get the feeling they are doing this on purpose. This happened twice and I got the same exact part. Is there anyway I can kinda scare them to finally give me the correct one? I'm getting frustrated with their service. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I would look up the exact part number you are looking for on the HP Parts site and have the rep read it back to you, hopefully making them send the right part (even if they have no clue of the difference).
