I installed the "Quick Launch Buttons" driver on windows Vista.
Installation went fine, no problems there. But,

    Problems
The On screen display function i had ïn XP is gone.
I can not configure the buttons. In XP this was not a problem.
    No icons in control panel.

    Tried:
    Everything
    Called HP..
    Removed and reinstalled. (as admin)
    Etc. Etc, Etc.....

    Query:
I'am i the only one with is problem?
    Is this working as designed?
    Can it be resolved?
Why do HP engineers do not know what i am talking about?

    Thanks

I'm looking at all the "HP" entries in Add/Remove Programs and trying to decide what and how much I can remove without breaking something.

Do the buttons work fine, like does the volume button and the rest work? I think as of yet you cannot configure them in Vista. also the onscreen volume control is gone in vista too. so AFAIK u aint the only one ;) HP service aren't the brightest of the bunch :p

You "should" be able to remove all programs you don't need and be fine. As long as it's not a critical Windows component but they are probably in a different category ;)

Yes, of course, but figuring out just exactly what these programs are and do from their generic names in Add/Remove Programs is proving to be a bit of a challenge.
