Yep, you will get a full refund as long as you are within the 21 day limit.

Wgama: I returned mine due to multiple issues with the laptop such as failure to bootup and a sharp sound emitting from both the laptop and the AC Adapter. I was just downright unsatisfied with the product after these incidents.

Sid1: I requested for a full refund, not a laptop replacement. I have yet to find out whether I receive such full refund because I sent it out to FedEx yesterday afternoon and have to wait until the laptop is received by HP.

I ordered my notebook online and after 14 days I called them up and told them i was unhappy with my purchase and they gave me a refund. i'm pretty sure it's full. They paid for shipping and everything, the process was very very easy, and the return guy i was talking to was very nice abt it..except i went thru 2 guys from india who wasnt as nice as the return guy. but whatever. my notebook has a hissing noise when playing videos/music. and i had a slick crack/slice on the screen, all was done before it even arrived at my house, so obviously i wasn't satisfied. took 4-5 days very quick. send it out as soon as u print out that slip, cuz you can't track it after!
