    HP Simple Pass Identity Doesnt work

    When i start the laptop.... after windows load up to the desktop screen..it shows a notification say swipe your finger to start the inital wizard..but keep swiping and nothing happens... i also went directly to the initial wizard but nothing is shown...i jus keep clikin on nitial wizard and nothing comes...i also updated the drivers of it... Plz help

    Did you uninstall anything? I would just go back to the HP website, redownload the software and drivers, and just reinstall it.
