I entered to the HP official website in oreder to buy the Spectre x360, i5 8GB model (4002x), and I saw it's Out of Stock :( .
How long does it takes to renew the stock? Will it come now with Windows 10?

    Thank you.

It looks like it's available at Best Buy. You might even be able to pick it up yourself instead of having to wait for shipping.

This model comes with Windows 8.1 installed. It looks like they don't have an i5 8GB model that has Windows 10 pre-installed; you'll have to upgrade it to Windows 10 yourself, which is very easy to do.

You might want to wait till end of September, someone posted that there is a Skylake refresh of the Spectre x360.

It seems unlikely. the mobile Skylake CPU info was leaked less than two weeks ago and the GPU architecture was detailed a couple days ago. I would expect to see Skylake laptops closer to Christmas.
