Had this laptop for a couple of weeks, but would like to do a full restore as the Netflix app is playing up.
I read somewhere that I can only use the HP restore once, so just checking how to back up a copy.

Do I restore windows and then backup a copy of that windows for future use.
Or is there a way to backup the original HP restore on the hard drive before I do that.

    Thanks for any help
