I just got a new HP Stream 11 notebook from Walmart that has Windows 10 and strange thing is that when I turn off the PC it makes a very very small coil whine like sound but is this normal? It's a brand new PC and maybe they are made this way in the new version but I had the old version of the Stream 11 that had Windows 8.1 but that one didn't have any noise. I think it's called the coil whine from what I read online. It's a high pitch sound I hear but very soft. When I turn it back on it's gone. I know some coil whine can be kinda loud but this one isn't that loud. You have to be in a quiet room to hear this sound.

I decided to return the notebook back to Walmart and I got a blue Dell Inspiron 11 3162 at Best Buy for $180 same price.
