My son has an HP Stream like the one I'll link to below. He complains about not having enough space on the SSD. I have a 2.5 inch 250gb optical HD from a laptop I upgraded, linked below. Would it be possible to use this HD in the HP Stream? I can't find the specs on the Stream's SSD. I think my larger HD will plug in and physically fit. I'm concerned the HD won't be recognized or that the Stream may not have the power to run the bigger HD. Also, can the memory be upgraded in this small PC?

    TIA
