    Hello folks,
i have already posted about how i was not happy about pavilion dv5000t and i have sent my notebook to HP twice in 9 months. This time it has been 3 weeks that hp is repairing the product. I am really frustrated by this, also when ever I call them they say some manager will call you in 72 hrs and nobody has called yet. Kindly tell me how I can handle these guys and Can we do something about such situations.

    Regards,

All you can do is wait and hope it doesn't come back in worse shape than when it was sent out. After 3 repairs they have to send you a new notebook.

Never wait for them to call you back, get ahold of a case manager (not someone in India)

Get their name a number they can be reached at and a quality control number. If you don't have all 3 of those things you aren't talking to the right people.

Also explain your situation to whomever you are talking to, DO NOT BE RUDE it's not their fault that this is happening. They are only working for less than minimum wage most likely in India. Always be polite, honest, and sure of yourself. Have all your facts right infront of you incase you are asked.

Listen to me, and you can't go wrong.
