    HP Total Care

    When I upgraded to W7 the HP Total Care was eliminated. Is there a way to get it again.

    If you upgraded from the stock HP Vista install, the setup files for HP total care should be loacted in the C:\SWSetup folder. Check in that folder for the installation files and you would have to reinstall it.

    What kind of install did you do...A clean install, upgrade or custom upgrade(which creates windows.old folder in C:/?

    As long as you did either of the later two options, the installation files for total care should still be located in C:/SWSetup or in the windows.old folder.
