I'm considering buying an HP computer.
I have heard HP has an excellent upgrade and trade-in program.

Could someone please tell me their experience with HP trade-in and upgrade program. If you had a Sandy Bridge laptop and upgraded to IB, how much did they give you for your old laptop? How much extra did you have to pay? Any other info?
