I have a month old dv7 and the hp truevision hd cam isnt lighting anything up. Its virtually black. You can see lamps or bright light but that is it. It was working last time we used it now it isnt. Ive tried uninstalling drivers etc and I cant get it to work. Any suggestions? Its dark with the built in cyberlink software or skype.

IIRC, you need to set the exposure to auto.
