    on my new notebook hp:

    pavlion dv-6141 of dic. 2006 when i

    record an film with media center (win xp
    pro) crash and BLU SCREEN !

    the error is:

    DRIVER_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    ***stop: usb ehci.sys

    i have not mouse ot other usb
    periferical after the ORIGINAL

    tv tuner ec-300 hp !

    what is the problem an driver
    of the original tuner or ?

    this problem is sometimes...
    for 1 week i record an film
    all ok, other not crash any
    day!

    help me....


    IRQ problem, or media center problem or ?

    Just to be thorough, burn and boot MemTest86+ and let it check for memory errors. That's probably not it in this case but you should rule it out.

    The big problem with HP TV tuners is the heat they dump into the notebook chassis. I wouldn't expect that error from overheating though.

    I assume you've already updated to the latest drivers?

    hi! thank for your help....

    i supposed with you that is the hot ! but i

    put near a big FAN for down the hot...

    but the Blu Crash arrive after 20 minutes

    or after 2 hours !

    that the hot temparature is not the problem,
    i have rub memtest86+ but ram ok!

    i update the driver of this tuner...what is
    the problem ? IRQ conflict or ?

    why the error say:

    ***stop: ehci.sys ? an USB driver ?
