This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Anyone else getting a "installation cancelled" message when trying to install the update fix for - "installation cancelled error" and the HP Update version 5.2.

    Any solutions since HP Tech support couldn't help.

    Re-run hp update as an administrator and see if that solves the issue.
