I have a mac which I would like to run bootcamp with.
I was wondering if I can use the vista disc HP gave me and install it on my mac?

No. The disc is an HP OEM copy, which is tied to the original HP machine. Also, there is a hardcoded check on that disc which may prevent you from running the install.

Anyway, we cannot help you with this.
