    how do i sort this? they sent me the wrong **** warrenty pack for the nc8430...i dont know any addresses and ****in sure im not paying 60p a minute toring them...any ideas?

    if you purchased it from LaptopsDirect go to the last couple of pages of this discussion. quite a few people are reporting this "issue" with that company.
