    HP Webcam video and really annoying background music

    Hi. Im new to the forum and Im not sure this is the right place to be posting this question. Apologies of not.

    Im trying to make a video using Quickplay. I can get the webcam to record .... but when I play back the video, instead of hearing the very interesting things im saying :) it plays the very annoying "amanda" background music.

    Does anybody know what Im doing wrong?

    you can try windows movie maker if you are using windows

    Hi and welcome to NBR! (im a new registered user too but have been reading this for a year!)... Can you use YouCam? it is possible to download from the website. You can also use any other webcam tools. I've found that quickplay doesnt work properly on the HP Compaq laptop im currently using (not exactly mine though).

    beige - Hi, I do have windows movie maker but I can't see how to make a movie using it .... I thought it was just for editing movies already made?

    nihal - Ill see if beige can help me with getting started on movie maker but if not then I'll download something.
