    Hi guys, i tried to recover my friend's laptop using Revocer Manager by HP like usually but, after some loading, its comes the warning message that tells me that 'Error with configuration'.

    I confused here, why there were errors using recover provided by HP itself.

    Hope you guys can help me. Tq
