My HP advisor message says MY HP smart printer has compatibility issues with ie8 and gives me a check box and wrench icon. But the process does not complete their are 5 processes and it fails at #4 downloading the correct driver from HP. Anything that can be done,Compaq cq61z is 2 months old. I do not use the printer but it would be nice to fix. Thanx.
