so.. i've read countless reviews from people about how the headband on the HP bluetooth stereo headphones crack very easily. mine have finally developed a crack and look like they will snap in half at the next attempt to wear them. these headphones are about 4 months old. so i'm wondering, should i just go to straight to the case manager line with this complaint? do case managers handle accessory issues like this? i'm hoping to get a replacement or something.. i'm sure HP has gotten a thousand calls about these headphones.

they are sending me a new pair. took about an hour with customer service on hold but a new pair will be here this morning after calling yesterday. unfortunately, i'm not sure how i'm going to keep this pair from snapping.. i tried some tape on the old pair before the crack completed. we'll see..
