I thought most of us knew about this, but just in case:

    During business hours, Mountain time:
    877-917-4380
x 79 goes to Desktop case manager
    x 94 goes to Notebooks

You need to already have a case number, or they won't be able to bring up your information.

I just used this number on Tuesday 24 June 2008, so it definitely works. After I dialed the extension, the next voice I heard was a case manager!
