    Hello people.

I recently sent an HP ENVY 17 3D-2290NR to be serviced (due to overheating and shutting down) in an official reseller here in Athens, Greece. After one month of waiting, I called them and I was informed that they were waiting for three new components (processor, motherboard, and another one), the first two had arrived but they told me that they haven't got any information when the third component will be received.

In general, how much time does it take for HP to send new components overseas?

guessing it would depend on the availability of the part, maybe you could persuade them to upgrade the part instead.
