Anybody here running a dv2 with a solid state drive? What are your thoughts? How has it performed? Have you gained much battery time? Thanks!

I'm using an mtron mobi and also have a OCZ Vertex, regarding battery time I didn't leave the HDD in that shipped with the DV2 long enough to run any benchmarks, but I can say that once you get used to a good SSD its very annoying to go back to a standard HDD.The DV2 is already a great little laptop, adding an SSD just makes it that much more pleasing to use.

Wait a bit before buying if you are going to get an intel. Intel has just went to a 34 nanometer process and the new models are half the price of the old models. The Intel mainstream model will boot up 20 seconds quicker and extend your battery life 5 to 10 percent.
