This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     HP dv4 Webcam issuses.

    Okay, the webcam itself is fine.
    However, whenever I'm on skype or stickam, I cannot get into the settings or add effects or anything, where as on my dv9000 I have no issues doing such things. When I would open up skype or stickam a little bar would pop up where I could change the settings.
    I'm beyond irritated, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
