I am sitting in class right now, going to school for game arts and design, and one of m classmates has come into class with a hp dv4-1114nr with an integrated video card!? (?). Anyways, I am curious as to what video card it will support if any, and any info that on which would be best for him to get.

Thanks in advance for your replies, hopefully i can get an answer before class is over in 3 hours!

No upgrades are possible since HP (on most of their consumer laptops) use video cards which are soldered/integrated on to the motherboard and are not available as separate parts. The only option to upgrade from the integrated Intel 4500 would be to replace the motherboard with one which has the Nvidia 9200M GS built in.

Yes as miner said, its not possible because it is directly attached to the system board. You can get a new system board with a 9200m GS but that will cost ALOT.
