    Well just wonderin if the followin HP laptop is a good upgrade over my existing HP laptop :D

    New Laptop Specs:

    HP dv6-6050se
    Intel i5-2410M - 2.30GHz
    Win 7 64 bit
    4 GB DDR3 RAM
    500 GB HDD @ 7200 rpm
    15.6 LED display
    ATI Radeon HD 6770 1GB DDR5 :cool:

    Old Laptop Specs:

    Hp dv5-1060ee
    Intel P8400 - 2.26 GHz
    Win Vista 32 bit
    3 GB DDR3 RAM
    250 GB HDD @ 5400 rpm
    nVidia 9600 GT 512 MB DDR2 :eek:

    i know its a preety good upgrade over my existing laptop but my main reason is BF3 :p
    how well will i be able to run BF3 and how future proof am i with a dv6 laptop :)

    If you whant upgrade to play BF3 just wait the exit of the game and try it. The official requirements are not published so no one can't say if you can play well with the HP dv6-6050se.

    If you want to play BF3, get a quad core if you can afford it. BF3 is supposedly heavily threaded to take maximum advantage of quadcore CPUs.

    oh cool thanks guys, so how bout i get the 1 with an i7-2630QM :D the 1 u guys have, its a little expensive but i think i can ask my dad for extra money :)
