I was playing audio (youtube) when it suddenly went quiet. There were no warning signs.

The "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC" is indicated as functional. Weirdly, the green volume bars still jump up and down. My headphones do not work either.

I've tried many things, such as updating the IDT driver, BIOS, and other drivers. I've did a system restore. Nothing has worked.

    Please offer solutions, many thanks
