    If anyone can point me in the direction of a clean install guide for the HP Pavillion dv6tqe it would be much appreciated.

    Exactly. I think that should be an announcement along with the fix for the switchable graphics. If you want to do a full clean install (which I wouldn't recommend the MSI is much better) follow the HP out of the box guide on the forums. Back up your swsetup folder on C:\ though to be safe just incase something bad happens. Then you have all the drivers.
