    HP dv6tqe and vertial tearing problem (v-sync is on)

    For eg i'm playing fallout 3 now and i have v-sync enabled ingame and still when i turn around i see vertical tearing. I enabled this even in driver, and still i see tearing. Why? What should i do?

    Which drivers are you using for both the game and your graphics card?

    Drivers for game o_O? Fallout 3 steam goty edition.

    I've been having the same problem with TF2, its really annoying.

    I think it has something to do with how the switchable graphics works - Since the rendering is done on the 6770, then goes through the Intel 3000 to get to the screen, maybe VSync isn't working as it should.

    Its fixable by using D3DOverride to force VSync + Triple Buffering, but I'm not sure if that might get flagged as a cheat.
