Oh, there's no issue there. That's far more than enough time. FedEx has trucks and planes moving 24/7.

That depends. Is Indianapolis near you? If not, which state do you live in?

i live in kansas city...seems it typically takes a day to get to the sorting facility, then out for delivery the next.

Mine is supposed to be delivered today. Ha. It's been in Alaska all week, and it's certainly not getting to the east coast anytime soon.

Normally I'd argue against that, but the distance between the two cities does make that seem likely. Still, I'm checking the flights.

EDIT: As I thought, there's a flight from Indianapolis to Kansas City and it should arrive there by 5:00 AM where you are. If your laptop is on that flight, it'll have plenty of time to reach you. The sorting facility is probably close to the airport, and it shouldn't stay there for more than 30 minutes to an hour.

Even if I'm wrong, there's zero chance of it coming any later than Friday. I haven't seen too many cases where FedEx missed their target without first changing the date, though.

Can someone tell me how much this laptop weighs and the battery life? Also, what site i can get this laptop at the lowest price? Also, this laptop is different from the HP dv6zse correct?

It weighs about 5.5 pounds. Battery life depends on your processor and battery choices. Price depends on what you're looking for in a configuration, though HP's site is usually best with coupons or a student discount (depending on configuration). The only differences between this and the dv6zse are the processors, chipset (and therefore integrated GPU), and wireless card. On the outside, they're exactly the same.

Battery life is about 4-4.5 hours surfing the internet on power saver settings with brightness all the way down. With the extra 9 cell I believe you can get above 7 hours. You can get it cheapest from HP with a coupon (google HP coupons if the coupon tab here doesn't have it or is out of date). Actually, the base configuration might be cheaper elsewhere, but you can get the best performance for the price from HP. Main difference is that the dv6z series has AMD processors.
