Hi I have a dv9629 which I bought a future shop last boxing day and I love the laptop but I just find it slow I know I have the T5250 C2D processor and the 250gb hdd but I fint the laptop slow I had vista on it and found it slow but xp on it and dont see much of a speed improvement, I upgraded the ram to 4gb but still not making much difference the only thing I could see would be the hard drive rpm thats not fast enough maybe? It seems even though its a T5250 it should boot-up xp faster I think. I was just wondering what you guys would think? I dont game or nothing but I would just like it to boot-up a bit faster I dont feel thats its as fast as it could be. My amd athlon desktop runs faster then that and its not a dual core and only 1gb of ram.
