I'm trying to find the HP Pavillon dv3500t in canada...and as far as I can find, it's the dv3510nr at bestbuy...I live in Quebec for reference.

You have to be patient :) I live in Quebec as well. Most of our products, if not all, come out way behind the US  Your other options will be to order from the States or cross-border shopping. ;)

I emailed to an HP representative and it seems they do not ship it outside of U.S....

and the Bestbuy's one is decent....but I would like a little bit better one.

Yeah Canada is behind in terms of models compared to the US. I mean, the HPs we do get are pre-made so we have to stick to those if we want to buy here. Perhaps try ebay or maybe if you know someone in the US you could ask them to customize and receive one for you? I have a friend who did that with his aunt I think.

Order from the US site through a friend in the US that will ship to you. You are throwing away your money on leftover, overpriced old sht if you buy HP or buy from HP Canada.

Depends. At one time, there was a sale with low end HPs which cost the same price as if they were configured at the HP website. It's mostly once you get into higher priced stuff that the pricing messes up. For example, at Future shop, they charge you over 1k for a machine with a 9200M GS. Mind you, we're getting HP dv5ts with 9600M GT for 1150$ at Staples, although idk how good that'll be but the pricing is more or less accurate from what I was able to configure on the Hp website.

We are? I don't see any dv5's with w/ the 9600m GT on the Staples Canada website.

They're not on the site yet. The staples site is awfully slow at updating itself.

I mean, we have 2 dv5t on our store flyer on sale and only one is on the site(the 1000$ isn't the one on sale, both of them are 829$ and 850$) so I expect the new dv5t with the 9600M GT not to be on the site until it goes on sale in a flyer or something, but I can guarantee my store has one, I've seen and played around with the demo lol :p
