Well I just bought the HP de6985se, and i'm experiencing one small problem. Whenever i try to increase the volume using the 'volume scroll touch pad thingy', a little window shows up to display the volume level. The problem is, whenever this window pops up, my laptop almost freezes for about 15 seconds, and then goes back to normal. is there anyway i can disable the window from showing up, or at least stop it from freezing?

here's a snapshot of the 'window' that shows up:

Press start, type msconfig into the search box, press enter, go to startup, then scroll to the bottom of the list and uncheck everything that says hp except for hp wireless assistant. Then restart your computer. Also, scroll to the bottom of the startup list and give me a screenshot of what you see there.
