Hi! I'm new to these boards and wondered if anyone could help me. I have a HP nx6325 laptop (the sempron model with wlan but no bluetooth) and I want to upgrade it with some devices. It has the little cable for connecting the official HP bluetooth module, which has 8 pins, and rainbow colored wires. Does anyone have the pinout for this connector? Im hoping its standard USB + some indicator LEDs etc so I can connect in a usb hub with a flash drive and a bluetooth usb adapter.

Oh and if it is, and someone knows where I can purchase the connector socket to fit it, please let me know that too! I would rather not cut wires on the laptop if possible.

    Thanks for your time!

I believe a cable kit is available from HP, search for the thread about adding your own bluetooth or look at the maintenance manual where it lists all part numbers.
