Our HP (Compaq) nx9010 notebook gets very hot in the area where you plug in the DC-power cable. When I disconnect the DC-connector the metal at the end of the cable is extremely hot. I suspect there is an internal bad connection in the computer.

Has anyone experienced the same problem?

Solution (exept from using a port-replicator or docking-station)?
