    Hi,

I intend to go for HP dv6 .
How is the FULL HD screen compared to DELL XPS 15 FULL HD ( R+GLEB) ?

How is the brightness and contrast and is is worth to upgrade to FULL HD ?

Nobody has the FHD screen yet, so nobody really knows.

A number of HP reps have quoted the display as having 95% color gamut which means it will have the same great color reproduction as the XPS 15's screen, but this hasn't been confirmed by users.

It's definitely worth it. In fact I'd say it's the most important upgrade. Aside from the fact that having a higher resolution makes things on-screen a bit smaller so you can fit more on the screen (side-by-side windows!), higher resolution screens are almost always brighter and higher quality than those with lower resolutions. I can basically guarantee it will be much better than the 1366x768 screen.
