dv6000 is just the name of the range or series of laptops, the dv6132 is a laptop in the dv6000 series of laptops. in other words, the dv6132 is the model number of a dv6000 laptop
the AMD Turion 64 X2 and Intel C2D are 64bit compatible CPUs, the Core Duo is not. -
I just want to know that dv6132 is good then dv6000 or not ?

i mean y the offer this model . is that model contain some new features etc. ?

The dv6132 and the dv6000 are the exact same laptop. The specifications(like the cpu, amount of RAM, graphics options etc) will vary(different). Without knowing the specification of the dv6000 you are comparing it aganist it is not possible to tell which is better/good.

ok . is there any size difference in terms of slimness . coz some one was telling me that 6189 is slim then 6000. is that true ?

No, they are the same size, weight, design. Basically, as I said in my previous post they are the same laptop but with different specifications.
HP offers both fixed specification as well as customized versions of their laptop(available only in the US). The fixed spec models get a specific model number like the dv6189, dv6032 etc so that people can differentiate between 2 models based on the specifications. So, basically if you see a laptop with a model number begining with dv6xxxx then it belongs to the dv6000 series and has the same design & build except that they can come with different specifications. The same applies for other HP consumer models as well.
HP pavilion dv 6132
